Shipping policy

We’re excited to ship your Threads by Pri order and want the process to be as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read the details below to know how shipping works for your purchase.

1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

  • We currently ship within India only.
  • International shipping is not available at the moment.


2. SHIPPING CHARGES

Prepaid Orders (Online Payment)

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible pin codes within India.
  • COD fee of ₹150 is charged per order to cover handling and courier charges
  • The COD fee is non‑refundable in case of returns or order cancellations after dispatch.

 

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Once your order is placed, it goes into processing.
  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and dispatch.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.


4. DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.
  • Metro and Tier‑1 cities may receive orders sooner; remote or non‑serviceable locations may take longer.

These timelines are estimates. External factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes or unforeseen events may impact delivery times.


5. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details.
  • You can use the tracking link to follow your shipment’s progress in real time.
  • If your tracking status hasn’t updated for more than 48 hours, please reach out to us and we’ll help coordinate with the courier.


6. WRONG ADDRESS / NON‑DELIVERY

Please make sure your shipping address, pin code, and phone number are correct at the time of placing the order.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, non‑availability of the customer, or repeated delivery attempts by the courier, we can:

  • Reship the order to the correct address (with additional shipping charges, if applicable), or
  • Issue a refund for prepaid orders after deducting the two‑way shipping cost and COD fee (if any).

 


7. DAMAGE OR TAMPERING ON DELIVERY

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or open, please:

Refuse to accept the delivery and

If you have already accepted the parcel, please share clear photos/videos of the outer package and product within 24 hours so we can assist you.


8. DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS

While we work with reliable courier partners, there may be occasional delays due to:

  • Festivals and holidays
  • Operational issues at the courier’s end
  • Local restrictions or unforeseen events

In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and support you until your order is delivered.
