Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Threads by Pri pieces. If something isn’t quite right, our team is here to help, within the guidelines below.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY & TIME WINDOW

  • We offer returns and size exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
  • After 7 days from delivery, we will not be able to accept any return or exchange requests.
  • Only regular‑priced items are eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale / discounted items are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable. Please double‑check your size before placing an order from the Sale section.

 

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE

To be accepted, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed and unworn.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging are intact and included.
  • The item is in its original condition, without stains, marks, odours, damage or alterations.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

3. NON‑RETURNABLE / NON‑EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products purchased on Sale / at a discount / during special promotions.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Customized or altered garments.

 

4. RETURN PROCESS 

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at threadsbypri.enquiry@gmail.com or WhatsApp / call us on +91 8849847739 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Share your order number, product name, and a brief reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and, if approved, share the next steps (pickup or self‑ship details).

Return shipping cost:

  • If the return is due to a size/choice change, the customer will bear the return shipping charges (either deducted from the refund or paid directly to the courier, as communicated by our team).
  • If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, Threads by Pri will bear the return shipping cost after verification.

Please pack the product securely to avoid damage in transit.

 

5. EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • We currently offer like‑for‑like exchanges for size only, subject to stock availability.
  • Colour or style changes are treated as a new purchase and cannot be processed as an exchange.

To request an exchange:

  • Follow the same steps as the Return Process and mention the new size you require.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
    • Approve the exchange if the item passes quality checks and the requested size is in stock, and then
    • Ship out the replacement piece.

If the requested size is not available, we will issue a refund as per our refund policy below.

 

6. REFUNDS

Once we receive your return and it passes the quality inspection, your refund will be processed.

Prepaid Orders (online payment):

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit or bank transfer after you share your account details.
  • No cash refunds are possible for COD orders.


Deductions:

  • Any return shipping charges (for size/choice returns) and the original COD fee (₹150), if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

We take quality seriously and thoroughly check every piece before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • a manufacturing defect, or
  • the wrong item/size,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at threadsbypri.enquiry@gmail.com or +91 8849847739 with:

  • Your order number, and
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and the outer packaging.

After verification, we will:

  • Arrange a pickup, and
  • Offer you the choice of a replacement (if available) or a full refund (including shipping, without deductions).

 

8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:

  • Check your bank or card statement again.
  • Contact your bank/payment provider — they may have internal processing delays.
  • If you still have not received your refund, please reach us at threadsbypri.enquiry@gmail.com with your order and refund details.

 

9. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Threads by Pri reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
  • Repeated returns or suspected misuse of our policy may lead to refusal of future orders/returns.
  • Please retain all email/WhatsApp communication related to your return or exchange until the process is complete.
